Customer Relations Specialist  - Portland, OR

Substance abusers are responsible for 40% of all industrial fatalities. At CleanFleet, our mission is to save lives and protect assets by helping employers maintain a substance-free workplace. We are looking for passionate, motivated, and loyal individuals to join our team and make a difference.

The position we are currently looking for is a Customer Relations Specialist. The Customer Relations Specialist builds trusted relationships with clients and manages their drug & alcohol programs. This position has a direct impact in saving lives and protecting assets by educating employers on the importance of a substance-free workplace.

Location: Clackamas, Oregon


  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and auditors
  • Setup and arrange services for clients
  • Ensure clients are compliant with federal, state, and local laws
  • Process test results and changes to clients’ programs
  • Prepare reports
  • Manage clients’ outstanding balances

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
