For 38 years, Dr. Stevko has been providing state of the art Chiropractic care and wellness for patients with an emphasis on sports injuries, nutrition, pediatric, and work ergonomics and being fit for all stages of life. She has worked with the LPGA (Women's golfers) for 27 years and has specialized training and care for Professional and Olympic Athletes. She is a certified DOT/CDL NRCME Medical Examiner.

Dr. Brook Young, DC

Dr. Brook Young was born in Tacoma Washington and grew up in Eugene Oregon, home of the Oregon Ducks. He earned a B.S. in Human Biology as he was studying Chiropractic. Dr. Young received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2011 from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. As a person intrigued by life, he is ever curious and continuously strives to expand his knowledge and understanding to better aid him in helping others. His latest clinical curiosity has been how the benefits of Chiropractic can help animals.

He has specialized in the treatment of automobile accident trauma, work related injuries, and sports injuries. In addition, Dr. Young has undergone in depth training in the treatment of extremity related conditions, such as wrist and foot pain. In his free time Dr. Young enjoys motorcycling, teaching motorcycle safety, scuba diving, hiking, running. He lives in Portland with his lovely wife, Taura, who is also a chiropractor. He is a certified DOT/CDL NRCME Medical Examiner.

DOT Physical Exam Checklist

Everyone needs to bring:

  • • State-issued photo ID. Best option is your driver’s license.
  • Prepared to provide a urine sample to test for kidney functions and protein levels

You may also need to bring:

  • • Glasses or contact lenses if you wear them for driving or work.
  • • Working hearing aid(s) if you use them.
  • • “Medical Release” documentation and/ or lab results from your treating physician for any serious medical condition including diabetes, stroke, heart disease and cancer.
  • • CPAP readout or chip if you use one for sleep apnea.
  • • Medication list
  • • Federal Waiver, SPE Certificate, or Exemption Certificate if you need one.

Please make sure you do not:

  • • Chew or use tobacco directly before or during the exam.
  • • Drink excessive beverages containing caffeine before the exam.
  • • Use cell phone during exam.
